一、用途

該機廣泛適用于輕重工業、地質冶金、化工建材、煤炭礦山、砂輪陶瓷、醫藥科研等行業的化驗室，試驗室是對物料顆粒分級篩選的理想設備。其優點：具有精度高、速度快、節省人力、低噪聲等物點。尤其對建筑業砂石骨料試驗更為理想，可將15kg骨料分二次裝料，每次開機五分鐘，既方便以簡單完成分級工作。

The machine is widely applied in laboratories for light,heavy， Geological,metallurgical,chemical,building material ,coal, mine, grinding wheel ceramic and pharmaceutical industries and research institutes and is an ideal apparatus for particle size classification and screening of materials in laboratory. It features high accuracy ,rapid speed, less manpower,low noise and others.It is also ideal to be employed  in  test  of sandstone aggregates in construction industry.15 kg aggregate can be loaded two times with each  to run for 5 minutes and can be classified successfully with easiness and simplicity .

該機主要有傳動、擺動、振擊、夾緊機構及電器等部件所組成。本機由動機通過主軸，（傳動軸）帶動齒輪，有蝸輪再帶動凸輪，主偏心軸帶動兩個付偏心軸，從而使篩座具有回轉及振擊雙重動運動。

III.Working principle

The machine is mainly composed of driving, oscillation, vibration and strik, clamping mechanism and electrical components. It is operated with motor to drive gear , worm wheel to drive cam and main eccentric shaft eccentric shaft to drive two auxiliary eccentric shafts through main shaft ,thereby allowing strainer seat to make dual movements of gyration and vibration and strike.
