系在SPB-200拍擊式振動篩機的基礎上改進的，改進后既能具備原型技術性能，又能裝夾套篩方便靈活，夾緊牢固，并能自動停車，根據用戶需要，可篩分多種特性的產品。

This kind of equipment is improved on the  basis of SPB-200 beating standard screen. The improved type not only has the  technical functions of its prototype, but also can clamp sieve sets tightly as  well as stop automatically. It can sieve products with multiple characteristics  according to user needs.

一、振動篩的用途：

SPB-200拍擊式振篩動機適用于地質、冶金、燃化、建工、水泥、砂輪制造、醫藥、粉店、國防等部門的實驗單位和工廠實驗室，對物料進行篩分之用。

SPB-2000 beating standard screens are used  to sieve materials in experimental units and factory laboratories in sectors  such as geology, metallurgy, fuel and chemical, building engineering, cement,  grinding wheel fabrication, medicine, powder, and national defense.

III. Working Principle

經過機械傳動，將旋轉運動轉變為篩板的往復運動，從而使篩具亦作同步擺同，同時配以重錘的周期迫擊，這樣在一定震動的頻率下達到篩具內物料的按網目分樣之目的。

Through mechanical drive, rotating motion changes to  reciprocating motion so that the sifter also swings synchronously. With also  periodic strike from the hammer, the materials in the sifter can be  successfully separated according to meshes under certain vibration frequency.

1、開機前必須加油10公斤，注意電機外殼上所示的箭頭方向是否一致，禁止反轉。

1. Make sure to add 10kg of oil before starting the machine; and check if  the directions of arrows indicated on the motor casing are the same. Never  invert it.

2、將裝有試樣的篩具（8）置于下篩盤（7）上，調整升降托架（10）使篩具緊卡在篩盤（9）與下篩盤（7）之間。

2. Put the sifter (8) which contains sample onto the  lower sieve tray (7); adjust the lifting bracket (10) to get the sifter to be  clipped firmly between the sieve tray (9) and lower sieve tray (7).

1、調整升降托架，啟動蝶形緊螺母（11）

1. Adjust the lifting bracket and start up the wing  nuts (11);

2、注意保持箱蓋（6）上平面的油膜長存，以免產生銹斑。

2. Please keep the persistence of oil membrane on the  surface of cabinet cover (6), to avoid rust;

3、經常注意運動件的滑潤，定時加油，以延長使用壽命。

3. Lubricate the moving pieces frequently and oil it  regularly, for extending the service life

4、整機須安在固定位置上，減少搖動。
