XMB型三輥四筒棒磨機(jī)可供冶金、地質(zhì)、化工、建材和煤炭等實(shí)驗(yàn)室，研究單位及選礦廠進(jìn)行礦石可選性研究工作時(shí)磨細(xì)礦石之用，也可供機(jī)械、水電、輕工業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)等方面進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究工作時(shí)磨細(xì)少量物料之用。

XMB rod mill of triple-rollers  and four-drums is used to mill ores during the studies of ore separability in  laboratories, research units, and ore dressing plants engaged in metallurgy,  geology, chemicals, building materials, and coal, as well as to mill a small  quantity of materials during experimental studies in fields such as machinery,  water and electricity, light industry, and agriculture.

XMB型三輥四筒棒磨機(jī)，是一種實(shí)驗(yàn)室用小型、輕便、多用途新型磨礦設(shè)備。可以干、濕兩用，亦可用鋼球代替作球磨機(jī)使用。本設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，使用方便，體積小和重量輕等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，為實(shí)驗(yàn)室中普遍使用的XFD－63系列單槽浮選機(jī)和XFG-63型掛槽浮選機(jī)或相應(yīng)規(guī)格的浮選機(jī)及其他儀器配套使用的理想設(shè)備，是定型的實(shí)驗(yàn)室用磨礦設(shè)備。

XMB rod mill of triple-roller  and four-drums is a kind of small, light, multifunctional, and new ore grinding  equipment used in laboratory. Dry grinding and wet grinding can be adopted to  grind materials. Besides, steel balls can replace steel bars to be used in ball  mills. This equipment enjoys compact structure, easy use, small size, and light  weight. It is ideal equipment used with the XFD-63 single-trough flotation  machine and XFG-63 hanging trough flotation machine or flotation machine of  corresponding specifications, and other instrument. It is a kind of prototype  grinding equipment used in laboratory.

可單筒或多筒同時(shí)磨料，因此制樣量大小可同時(shí)選擇，而且同時(shí)制樣的品種較多：也可作混料用，根據(jù)磨料不同而選擇不同的簡(jiǎn)體轉(zhuǎn)速，變頻技術(shù)按“鍵”就能實(shí)現(xiàn)，可對(duì)于、濕物料同時(shí)制樣，可用鋼球代替鋼棒作磨料介質(zhì)，簡(jiǎn)體轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)間可任意設(shè)置，磨樣參數(shù)液晶屏幕顯示，人性化設(shè)計(jì)，透明外罩，觀察操作更方便 。

Materials can be grinded in one  drum or more than one drum simultaneously. Therefore, the size of sample can be  selected at the same time. Besides, there are many types of samples so that  they can be used for mixing materials. The rotating speed of drum is selected  according to grinding materials and change in frequency can be realized only  with the pressing of key. However, for simultaneous grinding of dry and wet  materials, steel balls can replace steel bar to be used as grinding media. The  rotating time of drum can be set freely and parameters of grinding samples are  displaced on LCD screen. Besides, it is equipped with transparent outer cover,  making it easier for observation and operation.

XMB型三輥四筒棒磨機(jī)由主機(jī)和磨礦滾筒所組成。

磨礦滾筒放在主機(jī)上部橡膠輥?zhàn)由希鲃?dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)經(jīng)兩級(jí)三角皮帶輪減速使主動(dòng)輥?zhàn)佑兴姆N不同的轉(zhuǎn)速以適應(yīng)各種的速度要求。磨礦滾筒放在輥?zhàn)由希蚴苣Σ亮Φ淖饔迷谥鳌膭?dòng)輥?zhàn)由蠞L動(dòng)，使磨礦滾筒中的鋼棒在筒壁內(nèi)產(chǎn)生沖擊，磨剝作用而進(jìn)行磨礦。兩級(jí)皮帶均可通過(guò)調(diào)整軸承座的兩個(gè)支承螺栓而使皮帶保持恰當(dāng)?shù)乃删o以保證有較穩(wěn)定的工作轉(zhuǎn)速。

The mill drum is placed on the  rubber roller on the top of the main body. The drive motor enables the drive  rollers to get four-grade rotate speed, through speed reduction of the  two-grade V-belt pulley. Since the mill drum is placed on the roller, it rolls  on the drive roller and driven roller under the action of frictional force, getting  the steel bar in the mill drum to produce impacting and grinding effects so  that the materials can be grinded. Through the adjustment of the two support  bolts of bearing pedestal, appropriate tightness of the two-grade belts can be  kept to ensure stable rotating speed.

主、從動(dòng)輥?zhàn)娱g距離，按選用的磨礦滾筒的大小，可以進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，設(shè)備出廠時(shí)，輥?zhàn)游恢镁嚯x以進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)安裝好。

The distance between the drive  roller and driven roller can be adjusted according to the number of selected  mill drums. When the equipment is ready for shipment, it is better to adjust distance  between rollers.

設(shè)備操作面中間設(shè)電氣設(shè)備門(mén)板，裝有全部電氣元件。靠傳動(dòng)端的門(mén)（左門(mén)）是供檢查傳動(dòng)部份和變換三角皮帶時(shí)用，另一端（右門(mén)）是供存放筒體和工具時(shí)使用。

In the center of the  equipment’s operative surface are installed doors for electric equipment. The  door close to the transmission end (the left door) is used for the examination  of transmission part and change of V-belt. The door at the other end (the right  door) is used for the storage of cylinder and tools.

為了減輕箱體內(nèi)的聲音共鳴和便于電動(dòng)機(jī)散熱，箱體后面開(kāi)有百頁(yè)風(fēng)口，兩側(cè)面開(kāi)有手環(huán)便于搬動(dòng)，右端下面還有一長(zhǎng)孔是供調(diào)節(jié)三角皮帶松緊時(shí)使用。

To reduce sound  resonance in the box and facilitate heat radiation of motor, louver wind gaps  are left at the back of the box. Handles are added to the two sides of the box,  to make easier for its movement. On its right bottom, there is a long hole  which is used for adjusting the tension of V-belt.
