XMQL連續帶篩球磨機是一種半工業型干式磨礦設備，它是按克魯伯型球磨機的原理設計制造的，筒體外周裝有兩層篩網（一層粗篩、一層細篩），磨細物料在磨機運轉中，穿過筒體內的出料口，再經篩網排出，篩上的物料從回料口返回筒體再磨。本產品由原地礦部唯一指定企業生產，執行行業標準。

該機配有電磁振動給料機，給料均勻，從給料到磨料均采用密封罩密封。磨樣時間液晶屏莫菜單顯示，任意設置，存儲磨棒標準值。

本機的主要特點：具有國外同類型產品的優點，磨樣作業和分篩在一機上同時完成；磨礦效率高，能避免物料過度粉碎和磨礦不足等現象，產品粒度均勻，且為顆粒狀。出料粒度可控制，通過選配一定目數的篩網，將出料粒度控制在預定的粒度范圍內。同時有良好的密封性，在磨礦過程中可實施惰性氣體保護，防止物料氧化和自燃等現象。產品結構緊湊、噪音小。該機可用于鐵錳礦石、有色金屬礦石、水泥、耐火材料、爐渣、陶瓷建材、化工等脆性材料粉磨。特別適合稀土釹鐵硼和鎳氫電池、儲氫合金粉加工防氧化工藝要求。

XMQL Model Laboratory Sealed Ball Mill with Screen is a semi-commercial dry grind equipment and designed , manufactured on the basis of philosophy of Krupp Type Ball Mill. The cylinder periphery is fitted with two layers of screen mesh ( one layer of coarse screen and one layer of fine screen). In the operation of the ball mill, the fine materials pass through the outlet of cylinder before being discharged via screen mesh. The oversize materials from feedback inlet go back to the cylinder for regrinding. The product is produced by the only enterprise designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

The machine is complete with electromagnetic vibrating feeder with uniform feeding. Sealing is made with sealing cover from the section of feeding to grinding operations.

Main features of the machine; with advantages of the same type of foreign products; sample grinding and screening operations being conducted on the machine at the same time; high efficient ore grinding avoidance of occurrence of excessive crushing of materials, inadequate ore grinding and others; uniform granular product size; controllable vent material size; control of vent material sizes within the preset range by selecting a certain number of screen meshes; good sealing performance.
