高溫高壓無(wú)氰解吸電解裝置是采用新技術(shù)、新工藝，應(yīng)用于黃金生產(chǎn)中處理載金炭的新型、高效、專(zhuān)利產(chǎn)品。該裝置對(duì)于黃金礦山炭漿廠(chǎng)和堆浸廠(chǎng)產(chǎn)出的載金炭都能很好的進(jìn)行解吸，產(chǎn)出黃金。該裝置自動(dòng)化程度高，技術(shù)指標(biāo)先進(jìn)，設(shè)備質(zhì)量好，操作簡(jiǎn)單易行，設(shè)備運(yùn)行特別穩(wěn)定可靠、安全。產(chǎn)品已銷(xiāo)售20多個(gè)省、并出口俄羅斯、緬甸、蒙古國(guó)、朝鮮。

The high-temperature  and high-pressure cyanide free electrolysis device integrated with new  technique and technology is a new style high-efficiency patented product that  is designed for processing of gold carrier carbon during gold production. This  device can effectively process the gold carrier carbon from carbon pulp plant  and leaching plant of gold mine. Additionally, this equipment is highly  automatic with advanced technical parameters, high quality and is easy to  operate, stable, reliable and safe. This product has been sold to more than 20  provinces and exported to Russia,  Myanmar, Mongolia and North Korea.

1、解吸率高
1. High desorption  rate

在高溫（150℃ ）、高壓（0.45～0.55MPa ）、無(wú)氰解吸藥劑的條件下解吸，解吸率高（98%～99.8%）。93%以上的我廠(chǎng)用戶(hù)貧炭品位在50克/噸以下。
The desorption is performed in the condition at high  temperature (150℃) and high pressure (0.45～0.55MPa) with cyanide free desorption agent, so the  desorption rate is extremely high (98%~99.8%). For the level higher than 93%,  the depleted carbon grade for our customer is lower than 50g/t.

2、提高吸附率
2. Improved adsorption  rate

加到吸附工藝中經(jīng)過(guò)解吸活化的低品位貧炭，能明顯地降低尾液品位，能提高吸附率0.5%～7% 。創(chuàng)造出顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
The desorbed and activated  low-grade deleted carbon that is added to absorption process can significantly  reduce the tail fluid grade and may increase the absorption rate by 0.5%～7%, creating significant economic benefits.

處理每噸載金炭的直接生產(chǎn)成本為290～690 元，比其它解吸電解設(shè)備能夠降低生產(chǎn)成本65%～85%
The direct production  cost for processing each ton of gold carrier carbon is 290～690 Yuan, which is 65%-85% lower than that of other  desorption & electrolysis devices.

5、無(wú)氰解吸
5. Cyanide desorption

發(fā)明了新型安全無(wú)毒的組合解吸藥劑，對(duì)任何解吸的載金炭，都必須可取得理想的解吸效果，屬于經(jīng)色環(huán)保工藝。而且此工藝的解吸液能循環(huán)利用數(shù)十次，節(jié)省藥劑和水。只單獨(dú)采用NaOH 做為解吸藥劑，對(duì)大部分礦山的載金炭解吸效果是不理想的。
The newly invented non-toxic  desorption agent combination integrated with environmental protection  technology has ideal desorption effect on any gold carrier gold. In addition,  desorption fluid of this technology can be recycled for dozens of times for  conservation of agent and water. Desorption agent NaOH solely used does not  have ideal desorption effect on gold carrier carbon of most mines.

6、立式承壓平衡電解槽
6. Vertical pressure  balance electrolytic  bath

我廠(chǎng)發(fā)明的立式承壓平衡電解槽不但電解率高：≥99.99% ；而且使解吸電解工藝流程簡(jiǎn)明實(shí)用，解吸、電解效果好。一個(gè)月只打開(kāi)1～3次的電解槽，采用氣動(dòng)扳手上卸螺栓，方便，安全可靠；并且此立式電解槽不泄漏含金氣體。立式承壓平衡電解槽具有自動(dòng)排放金泥系統(tǒng)，杜絕人工操作造成的金泥損失，丟失。
The vertical pressure  balance electrolytic bath developed by  our factory features a high electrolysis rate (≥99.99%).  Additionally, desorption electrolytic process is clear and practical,  contributing to outstanding desorption and electrolysis effect. The electrolytic bath needs only to be opened for  1-3 times per month; bolts are tightened and unscrewed with pneumatic wrench  for the purpose of convenience, safety and reliability; also, no gold-bearing  gas will leak from this vertical electrolytic bath which is also equipped with  an automatic gold dust discharge system that can prevent the dust loss caused  by manual operation.

7、貧炭不需要火法熱再生
7. Depleted carbon  needs no pyrogenic heat generation

無(wú)毒的組合解吸藥劑含有炭活化劑，活化劑對(duì)炭起到再生作用。采用此解吸電解工藝，貧炭不需要火法熱再生，杜絕了貧炭火法熱再生造成的炭損失和金損失，節(jié)省了炭火法熱再生成本和炭火法熱再生設(shè)備投資。
Non-toxic desorption  agent combination contains carbon activator that performs carbon generation.  With this desorption electrolysis technology, depleted carbon needs no  pyrogenic heat generation. In this way, the carbon and gold loss caused by heat  generation is avoidable, and the cost of process and equipment thereof will be  reduced.

8、設(shè)備回報(bào)率高

我廠(chǎng)的設(shè)備回報(bào)率高、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著。使90%的用戶(hù)在一年內(nèi)收回了設(shè)備投資；并且在應(yīng)用后一個(gè)月內(nèi)收回設(shè)備投資的礦山2家，在3個(gè)月內(nèi)收回設(shè)備投資的礦山13家。
Our equipment enjoys  high return rate and will produce significant economic benefit, enabling 90% of  the users to recover the investment in equipment within one year. For example,  two mines have recovered the investment in equipment within one month, and 13  within three months.

12、采用特種無(wú)損自動(dòng)方式輸送炭，在炭運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中不產(chǎn)生粉炭，不造成炭損失和金損失。
