HTHP cyanide free  desorption electrolysis unit is a new style high efficiency product integrated  with new technique and technology that is used to process gold carrier carbon  in gold production. . This unit can perform outstanding desorption function for gold carrier  carbon from gold mine carbon pulp plant and heap leaching plant so as to  produce gold. . 1、解吸率高

1. High desorption rate.

在高溫（150℃）、高壓（0.45～0.55MPa）、無氰解吸藥劑的條件下解吸，解吸率高（98%～99.8%）。93%以上的我廠用戶貧炭品位在50克/噸以下。

Desorption is performed at high temperature (150 ℃)  and high pressure (0.45~0.55MPa) without cyanide desorption agent at a high  desorption rate (98%~99%).. The grade of barren carbon  of more than 93% of our customers is below 50 g/t.

加到吸附工藝中經(jīng)過解吸活化的低品位貧炭，能明顯地降低尾液品位，能提高吸附率0.5%～7%。創(chuàng)造出顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

The low-grade desorbed and activated barren carbon added to absorption  process can remarkably reduce the tail fluid grade, enabling the absorption  rate to increase by 0.5%~7% so as to create remarkable economic benefit.

新型安全無毒的組合解吸藥劑，對(duì)任何解吸的載金炭，都必須可取得理想的解吸效果，屬于經(jīng)色環(huán)保工藝。而且此工藝的解吸液能循環(huán)利用數(shù)十次，節(jié)省藥劑和水。只單獨(dú)采用NaOH做為解吸藥劑，對(duì)大部分礦山的載金炭解吸效果是不理想的。

This new style safe and innoxious combination desorption agent can perform  ideal desorption on any gold carrier carbon and belongs to Environmentally  Friendly process. .  Furthermore, the desorption liquid from this  process can be used in a cyclic way for tens of times so as to save agent and  water. .  For gold carrier carbon from most mines, it  is an ideal method to use NaOH solely as a desorption agent..

6、立式承壓平衡電解槽

立式承壓平衡電解槽不但電解率高：≥99.99%；而且使解吸電解工藝流程簡(jiǎn)明實(shí)用，解吸、電解效果好。一個(gè)月只打開1～3次的電解槽，采用氣動(dòng)扳手上卸螺栓，方便，安全可靠；并且此立式電解槽不泄漏含金氣體。立式承壓平衡電解槽具有自動(dòng)排放金泥系統(tǒng)，杜絕人工操作造成的金泥損失，丟失。

With a high electrolysis rate (≥99.99%), the vertical pressure balance electrolytic bath enables the  desorption and electrolysis process to be concise and practical for better  desorption and electrolysis effectiveness. . Users  just need to open electrolytic bath for 1-3 times by tightening and loosening  the bolts with pneumatic wrench in a convenient, safe and reliable way; in addition,  no gas that contains gold can leak from this vertical electrolytic bath. . This vertical pressure balance electrolytic bath uses an automatic gold  dust discharge system to avoid the dust loss caused by manual operation.

7、貧炭不需要火法熱再生

無毒的組合解吸藥劑含有炭活化劑，活化劑對(duì)炭起到再生作用。采用此解吸電解工藝，貧炭不需要火法熱再生，杜絕了貧炭火法熱再生造成的炭損失和金損失，節(jié)省了炭火法熱再生成本和炭火法熱再生設(shè)備投資。

Innoxious combination desorption agent contains carbon activator for  regeneration of carbon. . Thanks to this desorption  and electrolysis technology, barren carbon requires no dry heat re-generation,  avoiding the carbon and gold loss and reducing the cost of re-generation and  re-generation equipment.
